Ashlandopoly
The Greater Ashland Jaycees
are working to create an "Our Town Opoly" game. The proceeds
from the sale of this game will be used to fund many different community
projects.
We are reaching out to the
local business community to help support us in the endeavor. This
game is similar to the popular real estate game many of you have played
before. The way you are able to help is by purchasing advertising
on the game board.
There are 40 spaces on the
board (see the sample board game below). 37 of these spaces are
available to place advertisements on (the Jaycees will be using the
remaining 3 spaces due to limited space for advertisements). For
a minimal fee, your advertisement will be placed on 350 game boards
(the total amount of games we are purchasing).
Don't miss your chance to
help support a great community group and get your business's name
in 350 households.
Pricing:
$250 for each blank space on
the sides, "Court" and "Go to Court"
$275 for "Start" and "Loading
Zone"
$225 for spaces with a color
bar at the top
*$50 to include a picture on
your space
How do I sign up?
- Fill out the advertisment form.
- Sketch how you would
like the spot to look on the form (If you would rather the designer
take care of that just let us know.)
- The logo/letter
head submitted must be black and white and of high quality to assure
a good reproduction. Do not tape, staple or fold the logo. Remember, the logos, when reduced, change proportionately. Logos
that are long do not fit well. If you have logos on disc, send
correct size hard copy also.
- Return this form
to the Jaycee contact that met with you, or contact Jeff Stockwell at
804-307-3728
- Make checks payable
to the Greater Ashland Jaycees.
When will the game be ready?
The Jaycees would like
to have the game ready for the strawberry fair, but is dependent upon
all spaces being sold prior to production.
Thanks for your time and consideration
around our fundraiser. Should you have any questions, please feel
free to contact me, Jeff Stockwell (804-307-3728)
